Karori West Normal School gets active!

Students from Karori West Normal school went wild with tales tall, true and poetic of their journeys to school on foot, by scooter and cycle. From the littlies who had just started right through to the senior students,  there were keen observations of the natural world and how to prepare for the journey.

One five year noted,

“I wear my pink raincoat when I
walk to school.”

Students reported their safe road crossing skills and techniques, the changes in seasons throughout the year, and the joy of meeting their friends when they get to school “the park way.”
